50 – 50 Share Crop
Both landlord and tenant split inputs and split crop 50-50 after harvest.
Land Lease
Typically, we are on a 3–5-year lease. This gives us time to build soil fertility, drainage and control erosion.
Flex Leases
Base dollar amount per acre plus bonuses to landlord in years of good crops or elevated commodity prices.
